FAQ
Before you go live.
Does MyArena work on Android and iOS?
Yes. MyArena runs in modern browsers. Chrome/Edge on desktop or Android usually gives the smoothest display and audio experience. Safari/iOS is supported, but audio permissions may require tapping Test Gong once before class.
What browsers work best?
Chrome or Edge are recommended. Safari works on iPhone/iPad with Apple’s normal audio restrictions. Smart TV browsers vary, so test your setup during the free trial.
Can I use it on a TV, Chromecast or Fire Stick?
Yes, MyArena can be displayed on larger screens through casting, HDMI, browser display or connected devices. For best results use a laptop, tablet or Android device connected or cast to the TV.
Does it work without internet mid-class?
If your schedule is already loaded, core timing can continue. Syncing, licence checks, ONYX and some external features may need internet.
Can two coaches use it at once?
MyArena is designed around one main active class display. Multiple coaches can use the setup depending on device workflow, but one display should control the room.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Pro features stop renewing, but your local schedule/settings remain on your device unless cleared.
Can I upload my own schedule?
Yes. You can upload or create schedules. Pro unlocks advanced sync and customisation.
